From Martin Luther King Boulevard:
Traveling north follow until MLK turns into Howard Street. Take the Left onto Howard Street..Turn left on Park Avenue followed by an immediate right into the Sutton Place parking lot OR Pass the light for Park Avenue and then turn left into the parking lot for Sutton Place.
From 83 traveling toward downtown:
Take the Maryland Avenue exit on your right. Make a left at the end of the ramp. Make a right onto Preston Street. Make a right onto Howard Street. Make an immediate left into the Sutton Place parking lot, OR Make a left on Park Avenue followed by an immediate right into the Sutton Place parking lot.

Take the North Avenue exit (exit 6). Stay in the middle lane and cross over North Avenue. Make your 1st right onto McMechen Street. Turn left onto Park Avenue and follow down the hill until you reach the parking lot on the corner of Park Avenue and Howard Street - the last (3rd) parking lot for Sutton Place Apartments.
From North Avenue:
Turn onto Howard Street to begin traveling south. Cross over the Howard Street Bridge and follow under the Mt Royal underpass. Turn right into the Sutton Place parking lot just after the John Street traffic light.
From 95:
Take the exit toward Downtown/MLK. On the ramp, stay to the left going toward Downtown. Do not go to the right, but stay straight - which continues onto Howard Street. Follow Howard Street past MLK. Turn left into the Sutton Place parking lot OR Make a left on Park Avenue followed by an immediate right into the Sutton Place parking lot.
From Charles Street:
Traveling north make a left on Preston Street. Turn right onto Howard Street, and an immediate left into the Sutton Place parking lot, OR Make a left on Park Avenue followed by an immediate right into the Sutton Place parking lot.
